Joseph Fazzone

Joe Fazzone is the son of the founder and the second generation to lead the Company. His extensive knowledge of construction has been gained over a lifetime of experiences in a wide variety of construction projects. He has held numerous positions within the construction industry and assumed the responsibilities as President of Fazzone Construction in 1998. Throughout his over 30 year career, he has maintained the principals of high level of integrity, dedication to quality and hard work that his father founded the Company upon.

Under his direction the Company has expanded its operations into Central and South Texas, which led to the opening of second Company office in San Antonio, Texas. He is extensively involved in all aspects of the Company’s operations and management, and is actively involved in all company projects.

Robert Evans
Sr. Project Manager
Commerical Division

Bob Evans is a forward thinking construction professional and has managed construction projects in the Austin area since 1982. He is a dedicated team player, highly motivated to meet or exceed all goals, and specializes in the use of today's evolving technology. His thoroughness, attention to detail and strong capability for coordination of all phases of the construction process has led to the completion of numerous successful construction projects.

He has held positions as Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager and Corporate Officer. His experience includes a mix of competitive bid, design build and negotiated building construction projects featuring various types of commercial, industrial, healthcare and technology based applications

Domenico Fazzone

Domenico Fazzone founded Fazzone Construction Company in upstate New York in 1957, three years after he immigrated to the United States from Italy. He later relocated the Company to Austin, Texas in 1977. Beginning as a mason, he spent his entire career in the construction industry.

Dom is a past President of the Associated Builders and Contractors and the recipient of several “Excellence in Construction” awards. His reputation for quality, hard work and integrity is well known among his industry peers. He is entrepreneurial spirited and has founded several successful companies and been active in numerous real estate developments over the past decades. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of general construction and continues to provide valuable assistance with Company projects.

Paul Whetstone
Sr. Project Manager
Hardscape Division

Paul has an extensive background in Facilities Maintenance and Construction Project Management. He spent 15 years in the Restaurant Industry where he held various positions within Operations Management, the Facilities and Purchasing Departments, and the Construction and Design Department.

Paul has become an experienced and highly capable construction professional through a mix of projects which includes building remodel programs, facility upgrades, build outs and new ground up projects.

K. DeWayne Kinsey
Business Development

As the son of a builder, DeWayne fell in love with building. DeWayne owned and operated a Design/Build Construction company working on both commercial and residential projects for 25 years. These projects consisted of site development, new building construction, site amenities, hardscape, waterscape and landscape features.

DeWayne has over 30 years in the construction industry on both residential and commercial projects. DeWayne is a licensed Landscape Architect and also a licensed irrigator in the state of Texas. This knowledge proves to be valuable in our design / build projects.

Ana Montalvo
Accounting Manager

Ana Montalvo coordinates all accounting and office functions for the Company, including the monitoring job costing, preparation of budgetary reports and regulatory filings.


Ana also assists in our marketing efforts and facilitates communications with owners, architects, subcontractors and suppliers. Her exceptional organizational and analytical skills are essential in our efforts to continually monitor the progress of our projects to identify efficiencies for the benefit our clients
