New construction of 5-story air traffic control tower with a massive pier and pilaster foundation, cast on-site tilt wall construction, octagon shaped glass cab section, elevator, sprinkler system, security system, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. In full operation, this structure currently serves the Georgetown community by keeping our pilots safe, while offering larger airlines additional growth opportunities into the areas.
